JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate and supervise recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring, fill rate, quality and attrition goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organize team properly
• Communicate Team’s daily goals and develop proper strategies to ensure they are achieved
• Ensures that goals provided by the North America team are achieved
• Participate in calibration sessions with Sites in North America.
• Design and execute motivational activities and recognition programs for recruiters to promote engagement
• Design and execute continuous development plans for recruiters. Reporting of Key Performance Indicators for Managers and Directors
• Liaison between Recruitment NA, TAMs, HR BPs and Site Directors
• Any additional task/project assigned by his/her Manager
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate calibration calls with partners in Philippines.
• Propose and support marketing activities to increase applicant flow.
• Job Posting and sourcing for passive candidates.
EDUCATION:
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Customer Service/Call Center Management/Technology experience
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1 year HR/Recruitment/Coaching experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Advanced Computer Skills and knowledge of MS Office and Windows
• Superior Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English) Performance Management Skills (coaching, conducting an appraisal).
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer/client relationship management.
