Preparación• Minimum academic level of High School Diploma with any relevant training courses in sales and Real Estate preferred.
• Must speak English fluently, a minimum of 90% and ideally with a US sounding accent since you will be communicating directly with homeowners from the USA.
Experience:
• Call center experience is a must, with ideally at least 2 years of sales experience on the phone or in person
• Specifically, cold calling experience is preferred, and in Real Estate
• Experience of generating leads, and contacting prospects by telesales, and making appointments.
• Experience in using automatic dialing software like mojo and Xencall
• Capable of using a CRM system to populate detailed notes from each hot prospect
Habilidades y Funciones• Making cold calls using a dialer called Xencall or Mojo, and using a script as a guide to prospect potential motivated sellers
• Identifying and pre-qualifying motivated sellers who are motivated to their sell their property quickly and for a cash offer (below retail price)
• Sending those hot leads over to the client, writing detailed notes about each hot prospect, and then populating them into a CRM system
• Making follow up calls with potential motivated sellers
• Liaising with the Nomadux owners and team leaders about the progress with the campaign and reviewing numbers and other important observations on a daily or weekly basis.
• Filling out a daily tracker report with information such as calls logged and leads per hour
• Using the application Time Doctor to track time and for any other off dialer duties and tasks
Breve descripción del trabajoCall Motivated Sellers is looking for US expats, US citizens, US residents or people who used to live in USA and Canadians for an exciting lead generation campaign in the industry of Real Estate Investment.
Tasks include the following:
• Calling pre-screened prospects, to discuss if they are interested in selling any properties they currently own.
• Taking detailed notes from prospects about the condition of their properties.
• Obtaining a basic idea of the price they have in mind for the sale of their home.
• Forwarding the lead to the Real Estate Investor client in the US, for his team to follow up, with a view to discussing further details, with the prospect and closing the deal.
Support provided to the agent:
• Full training on how to use the client outbound calling dialer software, which is provided to the agent.
• Full training relating to the product/service and the process for calling prospects, including: questions to ask, how to handle objections, how to complete the lead forms etc.
• The agent will receive all tools necessary to carry out the tasks for this position.
• Full HR support will be provided locally in Costa Rica for the home-based agent, including any additional training requirements, technical support, and payroll support, with payments for work completed made directly to the agents Banco Nacional account bi-weekly ( for agents based outside of Costa Rica a direct bank transfer will be deposited into your local bank account).
Potential candidate requirements:
• Friendly and engaging telephone manner.
• Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment.
• Well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home.
• Internet connection of at least 3mbps upload and 20mbps download speed.
• Whilst previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home based) is an advantage, it is not absolutely necessary for these positions, as full training is provided. What is more important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset, and a professional, confident, engaging and friendly phone manner, with some basic computer skills, and administrative abilities.
