Responsibilities
*Drive facilities road maps, planning, including renovations, expansion and relocations.
*Ensure timely completion of facilities and equipment maintenance, repair and replacement.
*Collaborate with Workforce Analysts and Operations leadership to optimize seat and space utilization.
*Work with HR and Operations leadership to create and improve facility-related processes and procedures.
*Manage facilities operating budget, as well as identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction ongoing.
*Evaluate, acquire and manage vendors for core services such as security, housekeeping and transportation.
*Manage inventory and auditing for all site assets. Partner with IT staff to include technology equipment.
*Partner with Finance, IT, HR and site leadership to create and manage the equipment procurement process.
*Own non-IT related equipment acquisition and installation.
*Oversee property management services, as well as non-IT related vendor contracts and relationships.
*Manage facilities security, ensuring processes and communication are in place for a safe workplace
*Coordinate all real estate activities such as leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and regulatory requirements.
*Serve as the primary owner of the site's BCP program and plan.
*Project manage facilities and capabilities expansion initiatives both locally and globally.
Basic Qualifications
*BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
*Intermediate or better proficiency in verbal and written business-English.
*5+ years' service experience in facilities or property management, corporate services or equivalent.
*3+ years' experience working with property management, service vendors and commercial facility builders.
*3+ years of proven project management experience with medium-to-large initiatives.
*2+ years' experience creating and managing budgets, contract management, and purchasing.
*Proven knowledge of leases, space planning and office moves, in order to meet the business needs.
*Skilled at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and responsively under deadline.
*Successful track-record working in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to be highly detailed and analytical, yet decisive.
*Effective in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
*Current understanding and knowledge of industry trends and direction.
*Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to remain calm while managing crisis issues.
*Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated results.
*Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
*Safety officer and first-aid training/certification is a plus.
*Experience in Finance, Accounting and Procurement is a plus.
*Experience with the CNZF and DGA an advantage.
*PMP Certification highly valued.
*MBA or other relevant advanced degree work is a plus.
