Breve descripción del trabajoFalcon IT Services provides IT help desk support to businesses in Miami, FL. We are seeking a bilingual IT support technician who is familiar with several business technologies at a technical level.

Candidate must have A+ and Network+ certification and/or equivalent knowledge and be familiar with technical aspects of Windows desktop operating systems, routing, TCP/IP networking, Windows server O/S and Office 365 / Azure platforms.
