Requirements:- 3-5 years solid end to end recruitment experience is preferably within BPO or RPO.
- Must have proven recruitment success.
- Strong English in both written and verbal communications.
- With the desire and capacity to achieve high-volume recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to interview for both competency and behavioral assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates easily.
- Skills in strategic sourcing and effective preliminary screening thru phone interviews.
- Proven experience in creating a healthy pipeline of ready candidates for all kinds of positions.
- Strong analytical skills with capacity to think and decide regarding critical matters.
Responsibilities:- Perform end to end recruitment, presenting quality local candidates to our partner US clients. Roles include but not limited to Customer Service, Telesales, Administrative, Finance and Accounting, Digital Marketing, and SEO, among others.
- Conduct job requisition interviews with North American hiring managers to gain a thorough and complete appreciation of their hiring needs. Think investigation rather than order taking.
- Plan and implement effective and efficient talent acquisition strategies to source or attract and connect with local talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens, administer assessments, schedule interviews, coordinate background checks and complete all associated paperwork for each individual hire.
- Present your shortlist of candidates to clients, giving honest, well considered evaluations.
