JOB SUMMARY:
We have a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individuals to join the Social Media Hub, a multi-lingual team of digital natives. Your role will be to take ownership of the company's Facebook pages, and other social media, for a regional audience. We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social platforms to engage our employees and attract new talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social media planning:
Validate engaging content on Facebook that meets the global communication strategy goals and the specifics of your regional audience.
Coordinate and lead Social Media campaigns.
Manage end-to-end digital projects
Act as a liaison between local marketing initiatives and global parameters.
Ensure that local social media initiatives comply with the global guidelines and are aligned to corporate standards.
Actively participate on local social media content creation, review and approval process to ensure that social content is tailor made to local market preferences and the specifics of each audience and market.
Maintain a strong communication with the local teams regarding offline marketing initiatives to maintain a standard marketing process in digital platforms.
Run calibration sessions with the local teams to involve them in the creation of the digital content.
Administration and Financial management:
Working tools account management and creation (Facebook Ads manager, lithium reach and Photoshop).
Monitor Facebook campaigns and manage the budget
Create monthly Budget reports and make sure the cost division is applied to local markets.
Manage and distribute the Americas HUB budget to local Facebook pages based on: digital needs, recruitment needs, etc.
Digital Recruitment Initiatives:
Monitor digital recruitment campaigns to generate LEADS for the local teams.
Act as a liaison between the local recruitment team and the social media planning and execution.
Be up to date with recruitment needs such as: hiring plans, local recruitment initiatives, and local challenges.
Enhance and optimize recruitment awareness using digital platforms.
Communicate online recruitment initiatives to local markets
Participate in biweekly recruitment calls to communicate results obtained from social media.
Reporting:
Communicate results and insights and suggest optimizations
Communicate results from Digital insights such as: reach, engagement, community growth, impressions etc.
Communicate results from Recruitment insights: Cost per lead (CPL), Cost per Candidate (CPC) and Cost per hired (CPH)'
Optimize the ROI from active recruitment online campaigns on a monthly basis.
Keep track of pages optimization and create specific reports based on the local market needs.
Special Projects
Participate in global initiatives such as: global marketing campaigns and special projects.
Lead biweekly calls with the global marketing leaders to communicate results from the social media strategy.
Act as a negotiator with global marketing leaders to request: Budget, tools and trips to calibrate the team.
Calibrate local POC's with social media specifics
General management and oversight:
Provide proactive leadership to the team and daily goals that will maximize long-term success.
Follow up on every single member and set action plans
Conduct monthly one on ones and sessions to grade performance and set up expectations.
Approve Kronos & Vacations
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Outstanding project management & leadership skills.
Ability to work without supervision & under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in both: English & Spanish
Proactive, diligent and results oriented individual
Abilit to lead a team and work under specific metrics & objectives
Capacity to communicate, understand each market's needs and provide effective solution
