•Cold calling to new leads that the client generates.
• Warm calls to leads that came through the company’s website, or have already shown interest in buying or selling a property
• After each call save notes on the CRM.
• Create SOLID appointments
Habilidades y Funciones•Most of the company’s marketing campaigns are already set up, but still will need some support:
•Follow ups by phone calls/emails/Text messages
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Answer all incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
• Follow company regulations and report malfunctions
• High performer with a track record of over-achievement
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening
• Familiarity with systems
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Breve descripción del trabajoWe are looking for a friendly and organized sales representative to join our Team , In this position, you will be responsible for calling expired real estate listings, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill requests. EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE is a MUST.
