Costumer Service Agent

US company based in Miami is seeking a Costumer Service Agent. As a Costumer Service Agent you must handle inbound and outbound calls. You must be fluid in English, proactive and able to multitask. You must ensure client creation and retention, and you must also undertake additional tasks. The job is Monday through Friday from 9 AM- 6 PM Miami time (there is one hour for lunch included). It is conducted from home so a reliable internet connection is required. There is monitoring of the screen during work.
