Habilidades y Funciones• Have strong negotiation skills
• Be computer literate
• Be Multilingual and able to multitask (Spanish and English are a must)
• Be dynamic, focused and self motivated
• Be persistent and diligent
• Communicate effectively – oral and written
• Be able to work on own initiative and with a team player
• Be sociable and amicable
• BA/BS degree or equivalent is a plus
• Three years’ experience in air cargo business is a plus.

• Learn new information about the product or service they are selling
• Note supply, demand, buying and selling trends
• Contact potential client.
• Represent the company at expos and events
• Liaise with external suppliers
• Develop and foster client relationships
• Collect customer feedback or complaints
• Car and Driver License is a must
• Attend customer functions at non-office hours
• Minimum 15 sales visits weekly are mandatory
• It is mandatory to send and keep record of all the visits that you made this according to the guidelines of the company and your customer portfolio requirements.
• Minimum supervision
• Maintain systems update with negotiations
• Attend conference calls when requested.
• Present reports when requested.
• Passport is a requirement.
