Descripción del puesto

Responsibilities
Office Operations and Support Services including reception
Company facilities (supply inventory, furniture, equipment)
Coordinating external service providers to deliver towards office needs
Aligning with internal resources to support their deliver in Nicaragua example IT, procurement, HR
Coordinate visitors and be main contact for persons planning travel to Nicaragua
Support country manager activities and ensure all business units are supported to deliver their business activities in Nicaragua
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
+10 years of experience, within office management, IT systems, Facility Management or similar role
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working with international companies
National of Nicaragua or holder of work permit
Personal Qualities
Able to work indepently organized, with ability to prioritize activities and make decisions in complex situations with many parties involved
High degree of integrity
Strong collaboration and communication skill both internally and externally
Structured, systematic, and target driven approach
Demonstrates a hands on approach and follow-through
Strong costumer focus and ability to understand customer internally as external needs
Good written and oral presentation skills in English
