The social media specialist's role is to take ownership of SITEL's Facebook pages, and other social media channels, for a regional audience (Mexico, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia) United States, Canada, and Brazil. We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social platforms to engage our community and attract new talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social media planning:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification.
Coordinate the creation of digital content that meets the global communication strategy goals and the specifics of your regional audience.
Manage end-to-end digital projects
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media in order to increase the visibility of company's engagement & Recruitment content.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Coordinate marketing operations and content production (video, infographics, etc.) with the operations team and our internal studio.
Engagement plan & moderation:
Recruit and engage fans, build a close relationship with influencers, reply and moderate comments and private messages.
Social Ads:
Monitor Facebook campaigns and manage your budget
Constant optimization on Ads Manager
Reporting:
Communicate results, insights and suggest optimizations.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Send weekly and monthly reports showing social media results and overall performance
Minimum 1 year proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. Marketing for call center is a plus.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Experience with visual communication principles
Adequate knowledge of SEO.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent consulting, writing, editing and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Creativity and curiosity.
Excellent written and oral skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work without supervision.
Outstanding project management skills.
Team player
Ability to use MS Office Suite, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
